How successful would an organization be if they only hired people who are completely incompetent at the tasks they must performed, and then spent all their resources trying to train those people to become excellent at those tasks? The answer: not very successful at all! Instead, successful leaders mine for the talents in their employees, and find ways to maximize, hone, and utilize those talents.
