Is there such a thing as a "Leader Mentality?" Is there a specific and recognizable way in which leaders process information and approach life, business, and relationships? While everyone is different, and while I don't believe that there is ever a one-size-fits-all answer to these types of questions, I do believe that there are patterns to be noticed and emulated. As Tony Robbins says: "Success leaves clues." In my own journey from precocious child, to awkward teen, to introverted adult, I have closely examined and emulated many wonderful mentors, teachers, coaches, and role models on the path to greater leadership and impact.
